Located at the 2nd floor of PSB New Building, it is a comprehensive collection of legislation, court reports and applicable administrative material which covers legal and law related research and circular goals. This includes primary sources such as statutes, case law, constitutions and treaties in a form of online journals and loose-leaf collection. Secondary sources such as commentaries, textbooks, monographs, serials and current awareness services are also available.

The Law Library collection supports the advancement of legal study and research at the School of Law and also fosters justice and public service in the legal community. The collection which comprised of more than 23,900 items covers a wide range of subjects based on curriculum, faculty research areas, and, to a lesser extent, the needs of practitioners and other members of the public who use the library.  The Law Library collects most heavily in Insurance Law, followed by Energy & Environmental Law, Intellectual Property, Human Rights, and Tax. The Law Library also emphasizes other areas based on curriculum: Business and Commercial Law, Civil Procedure and Dispute Resolution, Constitutional Law, Health Law, Immigration Law, Labor and Employment Law, Legal History, Property and Land Use Law, and Trusts and Estates Law. They are mostly covers by region of Malaysia, Anglo-American, U.S. jurisdictions, Great Britain and the Commonwealth, Europe, and most Asian countries.

Note on Materials Arrangement: All materials which represented by a classification letter "K" in the library catalogue system were compiled under this collection therefore they are not available in the General Collection section.
