Library Briefing

The Library offers a range of briefing or tutorial classes tailored for students at all levels. These include for new students, discipline specific and Postgraduate sessions. Please check the Library Briefing Calendar to register and find a library class to suit you.

Access

As a registered UUM students, you have the privilege to access the library premises and facilities accordingly. We have taken it into consideration to setup an appropriate access pathway to cope with any situations to ensure a smooth learning atmosphere.

About Us

Get to know us in depth will provide you an understanding of who we are, what our vision and mission, our current status on ranking, resources availability, services provided etc as we assists you in your learning, teaching or research endeavor. Opening Hours

As we adopted to a double semester session annually, the Library opened its library premises to all users accordingly. During the ongoing of the Semester session, ordinarily the library open from 8 a.m to 10 p.m and limit to 5 p.m during Semester break. Please browse the library opening hours to plan your visit.

Collections

Library's collections encompass a diversity of books or monographs, digital resources, archival items, journals or magazines, research reports etc and has long been known for its comprehensive collections in management and business studies. Check a brief information on each of our collections.

Computers

The primary use of library computer systems/computer resources is for academic, educational, and research purposes. The library reserve the right to limit the amount of time that a user may occupy a computer especially during peak student usage periods to insure equitable access to all students.

Library Guides

To ensure your understanding on library services, facilities and resources, we also provide a multi learning experience such as classes, printing guidance, online tutorial etc. Please put an effort to read the library guides provided at your free or leisure time and contact the stipulated responsible person or librarian for any inquiry.

Language

Most of our staffs are proficient in English language and for sure the Malay language. You can talk or converse using these language for any inquiries you have at the library services desk. You might also like to learn a few of library terms that were used in our premises so that you can experience a smooth learning here.

Support

The Library offers a variety of ways to help you as an individual or groups. We welcome any comments, suggestions and opinions that will help us to provide a good service or resource. Please contact our Librarians if your need help or may have any inquiries related to the library environment.

The unpredictable nature of emergency situations requires quick action and clear thinking to avoid injury. Please familiarize yourself with these procedures for protecting yourself during most emergencies or any circumstances situation during your visit to the library premises.
