Booth

*Electrical power socket outlets are not provided*

Each booth is approximately 6 feet (width) by 1.5 feet (length) (6’x1.5′)
Provisions by the organizer includes:

- Table 2 unit
- Chair 1 unit
- 1 bunting stand (shared front and back)

Participants can bring any other provisions deemed necessary for the exhibition, but they should be placed within their booth space.
Participants are responsible for the safety of their own stuff.
Participants may include other materials such as brochures, fliers, previous awards, certificates, letter of accreditation, published research articles, slides, etc.
If participant were to use a laptop for presentation, please make sure your battery is fully charged prior the competition, as electrical power sockets are not provided.

Poster

The proposed size of the bunting is 3 feet x 4 feet.
Presentation content is subject to team creativity.

- Suggested content outline.
  - Project title
  - Details of team leader and team members
  - Abstract
  - Objectives
  - Novelty
  - Commercialization potential
  - Benefits to society, and
  - Any other suitable information

The organizer provides only 1 unit of bunting stand for the use of two groups of participants (sharing the front and back of the stand).

Online Presentation Guidelines (for international participants)

The video presentation must not exceed 5 minutes.

The video will be judged based on the following criteria:

Technical aspects including clarity and quality of visuals (lighting) and audio (sound)
Content of the presentation (e.g. interesting, relevant, clarity of ideas, creative)
Delivery of the presentation (e.g. clear speech/pronunciation, dynamism)
Punctuality- the video must not exceed 5 minutes

The video presentation can be in the form of presenter(s) appearing in the video presenting the product, and/or the use of PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi slides accompanied by voiceovers.

The video must be uploaded on YouTube. Please set the privacy setting to ‘Unlisted’ if you wish to restrict the audience to those who only have access to the link of your video.
