Retiree Membership
This service is limited to retired UUM staffs ONLY.
Please provide valid contact information.
The library reserves the right to reject the request whenever necessary.
Membership fee RM50/year.
Fee can be pay through ePay UUM and the receipt MUST be attach when submitting the form.
Form will be process after fees were paid.

Children Corner Membership
Open to UUM Staff’s children only.
Open to children aged 6 – 13 years only.
Membership fee RM15/year.
Children Corner fee can be pay through ePay UUM and the receipt MUST be attach when submitting the form.
