  • Dual-Building Design: Comprises two interconnected buildings joined by a bridge pathway, harmonizing with the surrounding environment.

  • Capacity: Occupies approximately 49,169 square meters and can accommodate over 3,000 users simultaneously.

Historical Significance

  • Naming: Named in honor of the late Tuanku Hajjah Bahiyah binti Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the Sultanah of Kedah.

  • Main Building: A five-story structure built in 1990 and officially inaugurated on September 21, 1999, by the late Sultan of Kedah.

Growth and Modernization

  • Extension Wing: A four-story addition opened in 2012 to meet growing academic demands.
