Children Corner

Overview

  • Children’s Corner Overview:

    • Established in 1987, with over 15,000 items.

    • Features books for children and young readers, reflecting UUM’s multicultural diversity.

    • Supports studies in education, child development, art, and more.

    • Accessible as reference materials for UUM staff, students’ children, and all users.

  • Location & Access:

    • Located at the PSB Main Building, Ground Floor, near Auditorium 1 and Smart Reading Room.

    • Open by request (contact Infodesk) during normal semester sessions and from Sunday–Thursday during semester breaks.

  • Organization:

    • Books are categorized by broad subjects, using age-appropriate language and classification methods suited for children.

Membership Form

Rules & Regulation

  • Open to UUM Staff’s children only.

  • Open to children aged 6 – 13 years only.

  • Membership fee is RM15/year.

  • Children Corner fee can be paid through ePay UUM and the receipt MUST be attached when submitting the form.
