ASEAN Legal Insights

ASEAN Legal Insights is a refereed academic journal published annually (September) by UUM Press and managed by the School of Law (SOL), Universiti Utara Malaysia. A manuscript submitted to the Editorial Board must be an original work. ASEANLI is an open access journal and practices the principle of double-blind review by expertise both from abroad or local referees.

This journal is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
