Purpose:

• The Library welcomes donations that enhance its collection and support teaching and research activities at UUM.

Evaluation Process:

• Donations are assessed by the Knowledge Resources Development Division based on library policies and guidelines.

• The Library reserves the right to decide on the location, cataloging, retention, and preservation of donated materials.

Acknowledgement:

• Substantial donations may be acknowledged via letter, email, or bookplates with the donor’s name.

• Small or single-item donations are typically received without written acknowledgment.

• Donors are encouraged to discuss their contributions with the librarian beforehand.
