Quality Objectives

We promise to offer information services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders

This shall only be materialized through the utilization of every resources, continuous improvement activities and the attainment of the following objectives :

1. To ensure customer satisfaction reaches 95% for library services and facilities.

2. To increase the information literacy rate of library users by 20%.

3. To ensure 100% of information resources are accurately processed according to established standards to facilitate access.

4. To ensure 85% of information resources are acquired to meet teaching, learning, and research needs.
